Du'a using Allah's Name Ar-Rahman

اللَّهُمَّ يَا رَحْمَنُ أَغِثْنِي

Allahumma ya Rahmanu aghithni

O Allah, The Most Gracious, help me.

A general supplication, not a narration from the Prophet (peace be upon him).
