Du'a using Allah's Name Ar-Raqeeb

اللَّهُمَّ يَا رَقِيبُ اعْفُ عَنَّا وَعَافِنَا

Allahumma ya Raqeebu u'fu 'anna wa 'afina

O Allah, The Watchful, pardon us and grant us well-being.

A general supplication, not a narration from the Prophet (peace be upon him).
