Dua when closing the eyes of the Deceased

اللهُمَّ اغْفِر لِفُلان (باسمه ) وارْفَعْ دَرَجَتَهُ فِي الْمَهديينَ ، واخْلُفْهُ فِي عَقِبِه فِي الْغابِرينَ ، واغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلَهُ يَاربَّ العَالمِينَ ، وافْسَحْ لَهُ فِي قَبْرِهِ ، ونَوِّرْ لَهُ فِيهِ

Allahum Aghfir Li folan ( Name the person) wa Arfaa darajaathu fi Al-muhdi’een Wa Akhlifhu fi Aqibihii fi Al-ghaabireen, Wa Aghfir Lana wa Lahu Ya Raab Al-Alameen Wa Afsih Lahu fi Gabrihi Wa nauo’ir Lahu Fih

O’Allah, Forgive (Give name of Deceased) and raise his rank among the rightly guided, and be a successor to whom he left behind, and forgive us and him O’ Lord of the worlds, make his grave spacious and illuminated for him.
