Du'a for a mother's repentance

اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ تَوْبَتَهَا، وَأَجِبْ دَعْوَتَهَا

Allahumma taqabbal tawbataha, wa ajib da'wataha

O Allah, accept her repentance and answer her supplication.
