الْهَادِي

Al-Hādī The Guide

وَإِنَّكَ لَتَهْدِي إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

And thus have We inspired in thee (Muhammad) a Spirit of Our command. Thou knewest not what the Scripture was, nor what the Faith. But We have made it a light whereby We guide whom We will of Our bondmen. And lo! thou verily dost guide unto a right path

Surah Ash-Shūrā (42:52)

Niyet

Today, I will guide someone, not with words, but with my example.

Tefekkür

Al-Hādī integrated: you have been guided. Now guide. The integration of Al-Hādī means becoming a means of guidance for others (not by preaching but by living. Your prayer, your character, your patience, your kindness) these are the loudest forms of guidance. The Prophet (peace be upon him) guided more people by how he lived than by what he said.

Bu ayet üzerine

You guide: tahdī. Guidance flows through people. Be a conduit.

Dua

اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ

Show us the straight path

Surah Al-Fātiḥah (1:6)

Seventeen times a day. The most repeated du'a in existence. Guidance is never a finished project.

Hadis

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever guides someone to goodness will have a reward equal to that of the one who does it.'

Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1893
