الْمُقَدَّمُ
Al-Muqaddim The Expediter
وَرَبُّكَ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيَخْتَارُ ۗ
Thy Lord bringeth to pass what He willeth and chooseth. They have never any choice. Glorified be Allah and Exalted above all that they associate (with Him)
Surah Al-Qaṣaṣ (28:68)
Niyet
Today, I will not delay one good deed that I have been postponing.
Tefekkür
Al-Muqaddim is The Expediter, the One who brings forward what should come forward. He advances whom He wills, accelerates what should not be delayed. When something in your life suddenly gains momentum, when a door opens faster than expected, that is Al-Muqaddim at work. And when you are pushed forward before you feel ready, that too is Him, knowing your readiness better than you do.
Bu ayet üzerine
Creates and chooses. The selection is His. What is brought forward and what is held back, both are choices, not accidents.
Dua
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ السَّابِقِينَ إِلَى الْخَيْرِ
And each one hath a goal toward which he turneth; so vie with one another in good works. Wheresoever ye may be, Allah will bring you all together. Lo! Allah is Able to do all things
Derived from Surah Al-Baqarah (2:148): “So race to good deeds.”
A prayer to be among those whom Al-Muqaddim advances toward virtue.
Hadis
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “Take the initiative to do good deeds before you are preoccupied.”
