Ramazan Yorgunluğu

إرهاق رمضان

Your exhaustion is not a sign of weak faith; it is a sign of your humanity. Allah does not demand perfection, He asks for sincerity. If your body is too tired to stand in prayer tonight, know that resting with the intention to heal is also an act of worship.

Anahtar Ayet

“We have not revealed unto thee (Muhammad) this Qur'an that thou shouldst be distressed,”

Surah 20:2
İlgili Ayetler
  • “But lo! with hardship goeth ease, Lo! with hardship goeth ease;”

    Surah 94:5-6

He says it twice. Not once — twice. The ease is not coming after Ramadan. It is woven into the hardship right now. Your tired body is already being eased by something you cannot yet see.

  • “Allah tasketh not a soul beyond its scope. For it (is only) that which it hath earned, and against it (only) that which it hath deserved. Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget, or miss the mark! Our Lord! Lay not on us such a burden as thou didst lay on those before us! Our Lord! Impose not on us that which we have not the strength to bear! Pardon us, absolve us and have mercy on us, Thou, our Protector, and give us victory over the disbelieving folk.”

    Surah 2:286

If this fast, this prayer, this day was placed on your shoulders, it means you can carry it. Not perfectly — but you can carry it. He measured it for you.

  • “Faint not nor grieve, for ye will overcome them if ye are (indeed) believers.”

    Surah 3:139

Fatigue is not weakness. Weakness is giving up on yourself. You are still here, still trying, still reading this. That is strength.

  • “Say: O My slaves who have been prodigal to their own hurt! Despair not of the mercy of Allah, Who forgiveth all sins. Lo! He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.”

    Surah 39:53

Even if you feel you have not done enough, His mercy does not calculate the way you do. He sees the effort behind the exhaustion.

  • “Let him who hath abundance spend of his abundance, and he whose provision is measured, let him spend of that which Allah hath given him. Allah asketh naught of any soul save that which He hath given it. Allah will vouchsafe, after hardship, ease.”

    Surah 65:7

This is a promise — not a hope, not a maybe. After. Every single time. The relief is already written. You just have not reached that page yet.

  • “Lo! thy Lord knoweth how thou keepest vigil sometimes nearly two-thirds of the night, or (sometimes) half or a third thereof, as do a party of those with thee. Allah measureth the night and the day. He knoweth that ye count it not, and turneth unto you in mercy. Recite, then, of the Qur'an that which is easy for you. He knoweth that there are sick folk among you, while others travel in the land in search of Allah's bounty, and others (still) are fighting for the cause of Allah. So recite of it that which is easy (for you), and establish worship and pay the poor-due, and (so) lend unto Allah a goodly loan. Whatsoever good ye send before you for your souls, ye will find it with Allah, better and greater in the recompense. And seek forgiveness of Allah. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.”

    Surah 73:20

Even Allah tells you: do what is easy. Not what is heroic. Not what is Instagram-worthy. What is easy. If all you can manage tonight is one page, one ayah, one whispered prayer — that is enough.

Sîretten

The Prophet (peace be upon him) once entered the mosque and saw a rope tied between two pillars. He asked about it and was told it belonged to his wife Zainab, who would hold onto it when she got tired in night prayer. He gently untied it, saying: "Pray as long as you have energy, and when you are tired, sit down and rest." His mercy extends to your physical limits.
