11 Dhul Hijjah 1447
الشَّهِيدُ
Ash-Shahīd — The Witness
إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدًا
And unto each We have appointed heirs of that which parents and near kindred leave; and as for those with whom your right hands have made a covenant, give them their due. Lo! Allah is ever Witness over all things
Surah An-Nisāʾ (4:33)
ارادہ
Today, I will live knowing that every act of patience is being witnessed and recorded, and that is enough.
تدبر
Ash-Shahīd is The Witness — the ultimate testimony over all things. As this month of patience closes, know this: every moment of your patience has been witnessed. Every swallowed word, every endured night, every morning you chose to get up when you did not want to — Ash-Shahīd saw it all. And on the Day when all testimonies are gathered, your patience will speak for you. It will not be forgotten. It will not be overlooked. It has been witnessed by the only Witness who matters.
آیت پر تدبر
Over all things — your patience included. He does not require a report. He does not need to be told. He witnessed it as it happened.

O Allah, I call You to witness, and the bearers of Your Throne, and Your angels, that You are Allah, there is no deity except You, and that Muḥammad is Your servant and messenger.
Sunan Abī Dāwūd 5069, graded ḥasan
Calling upon the entire hierarchy of witnesses — Allah, the Throne-bearers, the angels — to testify to the most fundamental truth. On a day dedicated to witnessing, this is the ultimate testimony.
