The Cosmic Mender
2 Safar 1448
الْجَبَّارُ
Al-Jabbār — The Compeller
وَالْأَرْضَ مَدَدْنَاهَا وَأَلْقَيْنَا فِيهَا رَوَاسِيَ وَأَنبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍ بَهِيجٍ
And the earth have We spread out, and have flung firm hills therein, and have caused of every lovely kind to grow thereon
Surah Qāf (50:7)
ارادہ
Today, I will trust that what is broken in my life has a built-in repair process guided by Al-Jabbār.
تدبر
Al-Jabbār at cosmic scale mends what breaks in creation: bones knit, wounds heal, forests regrow after fire, coral regenerates, the earth renews itself season after season. The universe has built-in repair mechanisms installed by Al-Jabbār. Destruction is never the final word — restoration always follows for those who wait.
آیت پر تدبر
Every beautiful kind — kulli zawjin bahīj. Beauty is built into the earth's recovery. Al-Jabbār does not just repair; He beautifies.
دعا
اللَّهُمَّ اجْبُرْ كَسْرِي وَأَيْسِرْ أَمْرِي
O Allah, mend my brokenness and ease my affairs.
General supplication
Jabr — the same root as algebra (al-jabr: the reunion of broken parts). Mathematics itself is named after the cosmic mending.
حدیث
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Verily, Allah has one hundred parts of mercy. He sent down one part to the earth, and from it arises the compassion creatures show to one another.'
