Al-Mājid — The Noble
إِنَّا أَنزَلْنَاهُ فِي لَيْلَةٍ مُّبَارَكَةٍ ۚ
Lo! We revealed it on a blessed night - Lo! We are ever warning
Surah Ad-Dukhān (44:3)
ارادہ
Today, I will treat tonight as if it could be Laylat al-Qadr — because every Ramadan night is noble.
تدبر
Al-Mājid in Ramadan: the nights of this month are noble beyond measure. Tarāwīḥ fills the masājid. Tahajjud fills the homes. The Quran fills the air. And in the last ten nights, a single night — Laylat al-Qadr — is worth more than a thousand months. Al-Mājid's nobility shines most brightly in Ramadan's darkness. The glory of these nights cannot be bought, cannot be earned, can only be received.
آیت پر تدبر
A blessed night — laylatin mubārakah. The Quran descended in a night of cosmic blessing. And that night returns every Ramadan.
دعا
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
O Allah, You are the Pardoner, You love to pardon, so pardon me.
Sunan at-Tirmidhī 3513, graded ṣaḥīḥ
The du'a of Laylat al-Qadr — simple, complete, sufficient. If you say nothing else on that night, say this.
حدیث
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever stands in prayer on Laylat al-Qadr out of faith and seeking reward, all his previous sins will be forgiven.'
— Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 1901, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 760
