Opening Doors as Worship
21 Jumada al-Awwal 1448
الْفَتَّاحُ
Al-Fattāḥ — The Opener
مَّا يَفْتَحِ اللَّهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحْمَةٍ فَلَا مُمْسِكَ لَهَا ۖ
That which Allah openeth unto mankind of mercy none can withhold it; and that which He withholdeth none can release thereafter. He is the Mighty, the Wise
Surah Fāṭir (35:2)
ارادہ
Today, I will open one door for someone — an introduction, a resource, an opportunity.
تدبر
Al-Fattāḥ integrated: opening doors for others is worship. Every connection you make, every opportunity you create, every barrier you remove for someone else — this is the work of Al-Fattāḥ done through your hands.
آیت پر تدبر
When He opens through you — when you become the door He uses — the mercy cannot be withheld.
دعا
رَبَّنَا افْتَحْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْفَاتِحِينَ
We should have invented a lie against Allah if we returned to your religion after Allah hath rescued us from it. It is not for us to return to it unless Allah our Lord should (so) will. Our Lord comprehendeth all things in knowledge. In Allah do we put our trust. Our Lord! Decide with truth between us and our folk, for Thou art the best of those who make decision
Surah Al-A'rāf (7:89)
Al-Fattāḥ opens the way to truth and justice.
حدیث
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Make things easy and do not make them difficult. Give glad tidings and do not drive people away.'
— Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6125, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1734
