مَالِكُ الْمُلْكِ

Mālik al-Mulk — Owner of Sovereignty

قُلِ اللَّهُمَّ مَالِكَ الْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِي الْمُلْكَ مَن تَشَاءُ

Say: O Allah! Owner of Sovereignty! Thou givest sovereignty unto whom Thou wilt, and Thou withdrawest sovereignty from whom Thou wilt. Thou exaltest whom Thou wilt, and Thou abasest whom Thou wilt. In Thy hand is the good. Lo! Thou art Able to do all things

Surah Āl ‘Imrān (3:26)

ارادہ

Today, I will hold something I own more loosely — money, time, an opinion — remembering I am a steward, not an owner.

تدبر

Mālik al-Mulk is the Owner of Sovereignty — all sovereignty, all dominion, all ownership. Every kingdom, every company, every household, every life operates within His ownership. Nothing you have is truly yours. Everything is a trust from Mālik al-Mulk. This is not a burden — it is a relief. You are a steward, not an owner. Stewards can rest.

آیت پر تدبر

He gives sovereignty to whom He wills. Every position of power, every resource, every opportunity — all of it is given, and all of it can be taken. Nothing is permanently yours.

دعا

Said after every prayer. A daily reminder that the flow of provision is entirely in His hands.

حدیث

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “The son of Adam says ‘my wealth, my wealth,’ but what is really yours except what you ate and used up, or wore and wore out, or gave in charity and sent ahead?”
