الغضب والإحباط
Anger is a natural emotion - even the Prophet (peace be upon him) felt it when Allah's limits were violated. But uncontrolled anger burns the one who holds it most. The Quran teaches us to transform anger into strength.
“Those who spend (of that which Allah hath given them) in ease and in adversity, those who control their wrath and are forgiving toward mankind; Allah loveth the good;”
Surah 3:134- 1
“And those who shun the worst of sins and indecencies and, when they are wroth, forgive,”
Surah 42:37Not after you've calmed down. WHILE angry. That's when forgiveness counts most. That's when it transforms you.

“The good deed and the evil deed are not alike. Repel the evil deed with one which is better, then lo! he, between whom and thee there was enmity (will become) as though he was a bosom friend.”
Surah 41:34Your instinct says fight back. This verse says respond with good. The result? Your enemy becomes your friend. It doesn't make sense until you try it.

“Keep to forgiveness (O Muhammad), and enjoin kindness, and turn away from the ignorant.”
Surah 7:199You don't have to engage. You don't have to win. Sometimes wisdom is just... walking away. Let the ignorant be ignorant.

“O ye who believe! Lo! among your wives and your children there are enemies for you, therefor beware of them. And if ye efface and overlook and forgive, then lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.”
Surah 64:14Simple math: you pardon them, Allah pardons you. You hold grudges, you carry them alone. Which sounds lighter?

“It was by the mercy of Allah that thou wast lenient with them (O Muhammad), for if thou hadst been stern and fierce of heart they would have dispersed from round about thee. So pardon them and ask forgiveness for them and consult with them upon the conduct of affairs. And when thou art resolved, then put thy trust in Allah. Lo! Allah loveth those who put their trust (in Him).”
Surah 3:159Even the Prophet (peace be upon him) — the best human — was told to be gentle. Harshness scatters people. Gentleness gathers them. Which do you want?
A man said to the Prophet (peace be upon him), 'Advise me.' He said, 'Do not become angry.' The man repeated his request several times, and each time the Prophet (peace be upon him) replied: 'Do not become angry.' This was the sum of all advice.
