طلب المغفرة

آپ کے دل میں موجود یہ ندامت اس بات کی سب سے بڑی دلیل ہے کہ آپ کے اندر ایمان کی روشنی باقی ہے۔ مردہ دل کبھی اپنے گناہوں پر افسوس نہیں کرتے۔ اپنی شرمندگی کو اس سے دوری کا سبب نہ بننے دیں۔ آپ اس کی طرف ایک قدم بڑھائیں، وہ دوڑ کر آپ کی طرف آئے گا۔

“Say: O My slaves who have been prodigal to their own hurt! Despair not of the mercy of Allah, Who forgiveth all sins. Lo! He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.”

Surah 39:53

Read the condition: 'seeks forgiveness.' That's it. Just ask. He's already ready to give.
“And those who, when they do an evil thing or wrong themselves, remember Allah and implore forgiveness for their sins - Who forgiveth sins save Allah only? - and will not knowingly repeat (the wrong) they did.”

Who else forgives sins? No one. So who else would you ask? Go to the Source.
“Save him who repenteth and believeth and doth righteous work; as for such, Allah will change their evil deeds to good deeds. Allah is ever Forgiving, Merciful.”
Surah 25:70
This is insane: sins don't just get forgiven — they get CONVERTED into good deeds. Your worst chapters become your best rewards. Who does that except Allah?
“Ask pardon of your Lord and then turn unto Him (repentant). Lo! my Lord is Merciful, Loving.”
Surah 11:90
He's not just merciful — He's LOVING. The word is 'Wadud.' He WANTS to forgive you. You're not bothering Him. He's waiting for you.
“O ye who believe! Turn unto Allah in sincere repentance! It may be that your Lord will remit from you your evil deeds and bring you into Gardens underneath which rivers flow, on the day when Allah will not abase the Prophet and those who believe with him. Their light will run before them and on their right hands; they will say: Our Lord! Perfect our light for us, and forgive us! Lo! Thou art Able to do all things.”
Surah 66:8
Sincere repentance: feel it, stop it, resolve not to return. That's the formula. Simple. Hard. Possible.

اس شخص کا واقعہ یاد کریں جس نے 99 قتل کیے تھے۔ جب اس نے توبہ کا راستہ پوچھا تو اسے بتایا گیا کہ اس کی کوئی معافی نہیں، جس پر اس نے اسے بھی قتل کر کے 100 پورے کر دیے۔ لیکن اس کے دل میں توبہ کی تڑپ سچی تھی۔ وہ نیک لوگوں کی بستی کی طرف سفر کرتے ہوئے راستے میں ہی انتقال کر گیا۔ اللہ نے زمین کو سکیڑ دیا تاکہ وہ توبہ کی منزل کے قریب ہو جائے، اور یوں اسے معاف کر دیا گیا۔ اس کی بخشش کے دروازے آپ کی ہر خطا سے کہیں زیادہ وسیع ہیں۔
