Du'a for a father's health and well-being

اللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْ أَبِي الصِّحَّةَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ

Allahummar-zuq abis-sihhata wal-'afiyah

O Allah, grant my father health and well-being.
