Du'a for a father's success in guidance

اللَّهُمَّ وَفِّقْ أَبِي لِهُدَاكَ، وَاجْعَلْ عَمَلَهُ فِي رِضَاكَ

Allahumma waffiq abi lihudak, waj'al 'amalahu fi ridak

O Allah, grant my father success in following Your guidance, and make his deeds pleasing to You.

A general supplication, not a narration from the Prophet (peace be upon him).
