Du'a for severe physical pain

Rabbunallahul-ladhi fis-sama'i taqaddasas-muk, amruka fis-sama'i wal-ard, kama rahmatuka fis-sama'i faj'al rahmataka fil-ard, ighfir lana hubana wa khatayana Anta Rabbut-tayyibin, anzil rahmatan min rahmatika wa shifa'an min shifa'ika 'ala hadhal-waja'i fa yabra'

Our Lord is Allah who is in the heaven. Your name is Holy. Your command is in the heaven and the earth. Just as Your mercy is in the heaven, so place Your mercy on the earth. Forgive us our sins and errors. You are the Lord of the pure ones. Send down a mercy from Your mercy and a healing from Your healing upon this pain so that it is cured.
