الْمُحْصِي
Al-Muḥṣī — The Counter
وَأَحْصَى كُلَّ شَيْءٍ عَدَدًا
That He may know that they have indeed conveyed the messages of their Lord. He surroundeth all their doings, and He keepeth count of all things
Surah Al-Jinn (72:28)
النية
Today, I will trust that everything — every page, every prayer, every intention — has been counted by Al-Muḥṣī.
تأمّل
Al-Muḥṣī: every day of this year has been counted. 342 days. 342 verses. 342 du'as. 342 hadith. 342 intentions. Al-Muḥṣī missed nothing. The journey is complete in His records before it is complete in yours.
في هذه الآية
Everything in number — every day of this journey, every word you read, every du'a you made.
دعاء
اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
And when Abraham and Ishmael were raising the foundations of the House, (Abraham prayed): Our Lord! Accept from us (this duty). Lo! Thou, only Thou, art the Hearer, the Knower
Surah Al-Baqarah (2:127)
Accept — taqabbal. The prayer of completion. The prayer of a journey nearing its end.
