النزاع الأسري

الخلافات العائلية

Even prophets had family difficulties. Yaqub's sons threw their brother in a well. Nuh's son refused to believe. Ibrahim's father was an idol-maker. Family is where our hardest tests often come - and our greatest rewards.

الآية الرئيسية

“The believers are naught else than brothers. Therefore make peace between your brethren and observe your duty to Allah that haply ye may obtain mercy.”

Surah 49:10
الآيات ذات الصلة
  • “Thy Lord hath decreed, that ye worship none save Him, and (that ye show) kindness to parents. If one of them or both of them attain to old age with thee, say not "Fie" unto them nor repulse them, but speak unto them a gracious word. And lower unto them the wing of submission through mercy, and say: My Lord! Have mercy on them both as they did care for me when I was little.”

    Surah 17:23-24

They might be difficult. Unfair. Wrong. Doesn't matter. Your job is mercy. Not because they earned it — because Allah commanded it. Your reward is from Him, not them.

  • “And serve Allah. Ascribe no thing as partner unto Him. (Show) kindness unto parents, and unto near kindred, and orphans, and the needy, and unto the neighbour who is of kin (unto you) and the neighbour who is not of kin, and the fellow-traveller and the wayfarer and (the slaves) whom your right hands possess. Lo! Allah loveth not such as are proud and boastful,”

    Surah 4:36

In this verse, right after 'worship Allah' comes 'be good to parents.' That's the priority list. That's how important this is.

  • “The guerdon of an ill-deed is an ill the like thereof. But whosoever pardoneth and amendeth, his wage is the affair of Allah. Lo! He loveth not wrong-doers.”

    Surah 42:40

You could hit back. You'd be justified. OR — you could pardon. Reconcile. And your reward? It comes straight from Allah. Your choice.

  • “The good deed and the evil deed are not alike. Repel the evil deed with one which is better, then lo! he, between whom and thee there was enmity (will become) as though he was a bosom friend.”

    Surah 41:34

They hurt you. And you... respond with good? Watch what happens. The enemy becomes a friend. It doesn't make sense until you see it work.

  • “He said: Have no fear this day! May Allah forgive you, and He is the Most Merciful of those who show mercy.”

    Surah 12:92

His brothers threw him in a well. Sold him as a slave. He spent years in prison because of it. And when he had power over them? 'No blame on you today.' That's the standard.

من السيرة النبوية

Yusuf was thrown in a well, sold as a slave, and imprisoned for years because of his brothers' jealousy. When he finally had power over them, he said: 'No blame on you today.' He chose mercy, and Allah chose to make his story a surah.
