اللَّهُمَّ تَقَبَّل تَوْبَتَه وَ اَجِب دَعْوَتَه

Allahuma Taqabel Tawbatah Wa Ajeb Daawatah

Oh Allah accept his repentance and accept all his duas (prayers)
