Breaking the fast at someone's house
For your host, when you break your fast at their home
أَفْطَرَ عِنْدَكُمُ الصَّائِمُونَ، وَأَكَلَ طَعَامَكُمُ الْأَبْرَارُ، وَصَلَّتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ
Afṭara ʿindakumu aṣ-ṣāʾimūna, wa akala ṭaʿāmakumu al-abrāru, wa ṣallat ʿalaykumu al-malāʾikatu.
May the fasting break their fast with you, the righteous eat your food, and the angels pray for you.
Sunan Ibn Mājah 1747: Ṣaḥīḥ. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said this when he broke his fast at the home of Saʿd ibn Muʿādh. Also reported in Sunan Abī Dāwūd 3854 (Ṣaḥīḥ, Al-Albānī).
