Hari 15
When Things Are Taken Away
26 Rajab 1447
الْقَهَّارُ
Al-Qahhār — The Subduer
لِمَنِ الْمُلْكُ الْيَوْمَ ۖ لِلَّهِ الْوَاحِدِ الْقَهَّارِ
The day when they come forth, nothing of them being hidden from Allah. Whose is the Sovereignty this day? It is Allah's, the One, the Almighty
Surah Ghāfir (40:16)
Niat
Today, I will identify one thing that has too much power over me — and remember it is subdued before Him.
Renungan
Al-Qahhār is The Subduer — the One before whom all opposition collapses. This is a Name that can feel uncomfortable. But there is comfort in it too: every Pharaoh in your life, every internal tyrant, every harmful habit, every ego-driven urge and worldly attachment that has held power over you — all of it is subdued before Al-Qahhār. (For struggles that have a clinical dimension, faith and proper professional care work together; Al-Qahhār is not asking you to face them alone.)
Tentang ayat ini
On that Day, every pretence of power is stripped away. The question is rhetorical — and the answer has always been the same. It is only on that Day that everyone will know it.
Doa
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَقَهْرِ الرَّجَالِ
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the domination of men.
Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 2893
The Prophet (peace be upon him) sought refuge from being overpowered. Even worldly oppression has a divine remedy.
Hadis
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “Allah will support the oppressed person, even if that person is a disbeliever.”
— Musnad Aḥmad 12549 (graded ṣaḥīḥ by al-Albānī)
