Hari 298
Honouring All Creation
14 Jumada al-Awwal 1448
الْخَـٰلِقُ
Al-Khāliq — The Creator
وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ ۖ
Verily we have honoured the Children of Adam. We carry them on the land and the sea, and have made provision of good things for them, and have preferred them above many of those whom We created with a marked preferment
Surah Al-Isrāʾ (17:70)
Niat
Today, I will treat every person and every creature I encounter as a deliberate creation of Al-Khāliq — worthy of respect.
Renungan
Al-Khāliq integrated: every person you meet was deliberately created. Every creature you encounter was purposefully designed. The integrated life treats all creation with the dignity owed to the work of Al-Khāliq. You do not litter because the earth is His creation. You do not mistreat animals because they are His design. You do not disrespect anyone because they carry the honour He bestowed on the children of Adam.
Tentang ayat ini
All children of Adam — karramna. Honoured by creation, honoured by design, honoured by the mere fact of existing.
Doa
رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَى وَالِدَيَّ
And (Solomon) smiled, laughing at her speech, and said: My Lord, arouse me to be thankful for Thy favour wherewith Thou hast favoured me and my parents, and to do good that shall be pleasing unto Thee, and include me in (the number of) Thy righteous slaves
Surah An-Naml (27:19)
Gratitude for the favour of existence — the most fundamental favour of Al-Khāliq.
Hadis
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'A man was walking on a road. He felt very thirsty. He found a well, descended, drank, and came up. He found a dog panting and licking the moist earth from thirst. The man thought: This dog is suffering as I was. He descended into the well, filled his shoe with water, held it in his teeth, and gave it to the dog. Allah thanked him and forgave him.'
