Hari 341

Worthy of All Praise

27 Jumada al-Thani 1448

الْحَمِيدُ

Al-ḤamīdThe Praiseworthy

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds

Surah Al-Fātiḥah (1:2)

Niat

Today, I will praise Him with specificity — not just alhamdulillah, but alhamdulillah for THIS, for THAT, for EVERYTHING.

Renungan

Al-Ḥamīd integrated: He was praiseworthy before you opened this book, and He will be praiseworthy after you close it. Your praise did not add to His praiseworthiness — but it added to your own heart. Every alhamdulillah you said this year expanded your capacity for joy. That is His gift: He is praised, and you are expanded.

Tentang ayat ini

The verse that opened the Quran, the verse that opens every prayer, the verse that opens every journey. Praise is always the beginning.

Doa

رَبَّنَا وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ حَمْدًا كَثِيرًا طَيِّبًا مُبَارَكًا فِيهِ

Our Lord, to You is praise — abundant, pure, and blessed praise.

Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 799

Abundant, pure, blessed — more than thirty angels raced to record it. Your praise matters.

Hadis

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Allah is pleased with the servant who eats a morsel and praises Him for it.'

Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2734
