Hari 355

All Power, All Mercy

12 Rajab 1448

الْمُقْتَدِرُ

Al-MuqtadirThe Powerful

إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَهَرٍ * فِي مَقْعَدِ صِدْقٍ عِندَ مَلِيكٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ

Lo! the righteous will dwell among gardens and rivers, Firmly established in the favour of a Mighty King

Surah Al-Qamar (54:54-55)

Niat

Today, I will trust that Al-Muqtadir's power is always exercised with mercy — even when I cannot see the mercy yet.

Renungan

Al-Muqtadir: dominant over everything — and merciful in that dominion. The One who could crush chooses to heal. The One who could punish chooses to pardon. All-powerful and all-merciful in the same breath. That is who you spent a year getting to know.

Tentang ayat ini

Near Him — ʿinda Malīkin Muqtadir. The ultimate destination: nearness to the All-Powerful.

Doa

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْجَنَّةَ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ النَّارِ

O Allah, I ask You for Paradise and I seek refuge in You from the Fire.

Sunan Abī Dāwūd 792, graded ṣaḥīḥ

The simplest, most direct ask. Near the end of the journey, strip your du'a to its essence.

Hadis

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'None of you will enter Paradise by his deeds alone, unless Allah envelops him in His mercy.'

Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6463, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2816
