He Finds You
24 Dhul Hijjah 1447
الْوَاجِدُ
Al-Wājid — The Finder
وَوَجَدَكَ ضَالًّا فَهَدَى
Did He not find thee wandering and direct (thee)
Surah Aḍ-Ḍuḥā (93:7)
ارادہ
Today, I will thank Allah for finding me — for every moment of guidance that brought me to where I am right now.
تدبر
Al-Wājid is The Finder — the One who finds what is lost, who lacks nothing, who is never at a loss. In gratitude, this Name carries a beautiful comfort: He found you. Out of billions of people, across thousands of years, He guided you to this moment, to this faith, to this Name. You did not find your way to Islam — Al-Wājid found you and brought you to it. That is a gratitude that goes beyond words.
آیت پر تدبر
He found you — wajadaka. Before you were looking for Him, He had already found you. Before you asked for guidance, He was already guiding you. Gratitude for being found.
دعا
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي هَدَانَا لِهَذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلَا أَنْ هَدَانَا اللَّهُ
And We remove whatever rancour may be in their hearts. Rivers flow beneath them. And they say: The praise to Allah, Who hath guided us to this. We could not truly have been led aright if Allah had not guided us. Verily the messengers of our Lord did bring the Truth. And it is cried unto them: This is the Garden. Ye inherit it for what ye used to do
Surah Al-A'rāf (7:43)
The words of the people of Paradise when they arrive — their first reaction is not pride in their deeds but gratitude for His guidance. They know they did not get there alone.
حدیث
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Allah is more delighted with the repentance of His servant than a man who loses his camel in a barren desert, then finds it.'
