Du'a using Allah's Name Al-Baseer

اللَّهُمَّ يَا بَصِيرُ بَصِّرْنَا بِعُيُوبِنَا

Allahumma ya Baseeru bassirna bi 'uyoobina

O Allah, The All-Seeing, give us insight into our faults.

A general supplication, not a narration from the Prophet (peace be upon him).
