Du'a using Allah's Name Ar-Ra'oof

اللَّهُمَّ يَا رَءُوفُ ارْأَفْ بِنَا وَبِإِخْوَانِنَا

Allahumma ya Ra'oofu ir'af bina wa bi ikhwanina

O Allah, The Most Kind, be kind to us and our brothers and sisters.

A general supplication, not a narration from the Prophet (peace be upon him).
