Du'a seeking refuge from one's own evil

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana'tu

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done.
