Du'a using Allah's Name Al-Muhyi

اللَّهُمَّ يَا مُحْيِي بِذِكْرِكَ أَحْيِنَا

Allahumma ya Muhyi bi dhikrika ahyina

O Allah, The Giver of Life, give us life through Your remembrance.

A general supplication, not a narration from the Prophet (peace be upon him).
