Du'a for your children from the Qur'an: Surah Al-Furqan (74)

رَبَّنَا هَبۡ لَنَا مِنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعۡيُنࣲ وَٱجۡعَلۡنَا لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا

Rabbanaa hab lanaa min azwaajinaa wa dhurriyyaatinaa qurrata a'yunin waj'alnaa lil-muttaqeena imaamaa

Our Lord! Vouchsafe us comfort of our wives and of our offspring, and make us patterns for (all) those who ward off (evil)
