Du'a for study

اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنِي وَعَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ فَهْمَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَحِفْظَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ

Allahumman-fa'ni bima 'allamtani wa 'allimni ma yanfa'uni. Allahumma inni as'aluka fahman-nabiyyina wa hifdhal-mursalina wal-mala'ikatil-muqarrabin

O Allah, benefit me with what You have taught me, and teach me what will benefit me. O Allah, I ask You for the understanding of the prophets, the memory of the messengers, and the angels nearest to You.

Adapted from Sunan Ibn Mājah 251, which includes "اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنِي وَعَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي وَزِدْنِي عِلْمًا" (O Allah, benefit me by that which You have taught me, and teach me that which will benefit me, and increase me in knowledge). This version omits "and increase me in knowledge" and adds a request for the understanding of the prophets, the memory of the messengers and the angels nearest to Allah, which has no known narration.
