Du'a for learning

اللَّهُمَّ عَلِّمْنَا مَا يَنْفَعُنَا وَانْفَعْنَا بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنَا وَزِدْنَا عِلْمًا

Allahumma 'allimna ma yanfa'una wan-fa'na bima 'allamtana wa zidna 'ilman

O Allah, teach us that which benefits us, and benefit us with what You have taught us, and increase us in knowledge.

Adapted in the plural and reordered from Sunan Ibn Mājah 251, which includes "اللَّهُمَّ انْفَعْنِي بِمَا عَلَّمْتَنِي وَعَلِّمْنِي مَا يَنْفَعُنِي وَزِدْنِي عِلْمًا" (O Allah, benefit me by that which You have taught me, and teach me that which will benefit me, and increase me in knowledge).
