Du'a for a mother's health and well-being

اللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْ أُمِّي الصِّحَّةَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ

Allahummar-zuq ummis-sihhata wal-'afiyah

O Allah, grant my mother health and well-being.
