Du'a for a mother's Paradise

اللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْ أُمِّي الْجَنَّةَ وَمَا قَرُبَ إِلَيْهَا مِنْ قَوْلٍ وَعَمَلٍ، وَبَاعِدْ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ النَّارِ وَمَا قَرُبَ إِلَيْهَا مِنْ قَوْلٍ وَعَمَلٍ

Allahummar-zuq ummil-jannata wa ma qaruba ilayha min qawlin wa 'amal, wa ba'id baynaha wa baynan-nari wa ma qaruba ilayha min qawlin wa 'amal

O Allah, grant my mother Paradise and whatever words or actions bring her near to it, and distance her from the Hellfire and whatever words or actions bring her near to it.
