Du'a for a mother's success

اللَّهُمَّ وَفِّقْ أُمِّي لِهُدَاكَ، وَاجْعَلْ عَمَلَهَا فِي رِضَاكَ

Allahumma waffiq ummi lihudak, waj'al 'amalaha fi ridak

O Allah, grant my mother success in following Your guidance, and make her deeds pleasing to You.
