الْبَاعِثُ

Al-Bā‘ith — The Resurrector

وَكَذَلِكَ بَعَثْنَاهُمْ لِيَتَسَاءَلُوا بَيْنَهُمْ ۚ

And in like manner We awakened them that they might question one another. A speaker from among them said: How long have ye tarried? They said: We have tarried a day or some part of a day, (Others) said: Your Lord best knoweth what ye have tarried. Now send one of you with this your silver coin unto the city, and let him see what food is purest there and bring you a supply thereof. Let him be courteous and let no man know of you

Surah Al-Kahf (18:19)

Niat

Today I will encourage one person who seems to be carrying something heavy. A word, a message, a du'a — one act of raising someone up.

Renungan

Al-Bā'ith is The Resurrector — and in relationships, this Name calls you to raise others up. When someone falls — into despair, into sin, into self-doubt — you can be the hand that Al-Bā'ith extends through you. To remind someone of their worth is to participate in His revival. You do not raise the dead, but you can raise the living from the places where they have buried themselves.

Hadis

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever relieves a believer of a hardship of this world, Allah will relieve him of a hardship on the Day of Resurrection.'
