The Cosmic Subduer
8 Safar 1448
الْقَهَّارُ
Al-Qahhār — The Subduer
أَفَلَمْ يَنظُرُوا إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَوْقَهُمْ كَيْفَ بَنَيْنَاهَا وَزَيَّنَّاهَا وَمَا لَهَا مِن فُرُوجٍ
Have they not then observed the sky above them, how We have constructed it and beautified it, and how there are no rifts therein
Surah Qāf (50:6)
Niat
Today, I will remember that the One who controls galaxies is also handling my situation.
Renungan
Al-Qahhār at cosmic scale: black holes that swallow entire stars. Supernovae that obliterate solar systems. Earthquakes that reshape continents. The forces of destruction in the universe are staggering — and every one of them is under Al-Qahhār's command. He who subdues galaxies certainly has dominion over your problems. Nothing in your life is too big for the One who collapses stars.
Tentang ayat ini
No rifts — mā lahā min furūj. The sky has no cracks, no flaws, no structural weaknesses. Al-Qahhār's construction is flawless.
Doa
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِعِزَّتِكَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ أَن تُضِلَّنِي
O Allah, I seek refuge in Your might — there is no deity but You — that You would let me go astray.
Sunan Abī Dāwūd 5067, graded ṣaḥīḥ
Seeking refuge in His might — ʿizzatik — from being led astray. His subduing power is also protective power.
Hadis
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'No one is more patient in the face of harmful words than Allah. They attribute to Him a son, yet He still gives them health and provides for them.'
