Day 310

Elevated Purpose

26 Jumada al-Awwal 1448

الرَّافِعُ

Ar-Rāfi‘The Exalter

يَرْفَعِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ ۚ

O ye who believe! when it is said unto you, Make room! in assemblies, then make room; Allah will make way for you (hereafter). And when it is said, Come up higher! go up higher; Allah will exalt those who believe among you, and those who have knowledge, to high ranks. Allah is Informed of what ye do

Surah Al-Mujādilah (58:11)

Intention

Today, I will pursue elevation through service, not through status.

Reflection

Ar-Rāfiʿ integrated: your elevation is not about status — it is about purpose. After four cycles, you understand that Ar-Rāfiʿ raises people by degrees through knowledge, through service, through worship. The integrated life is one of purposeful ascent — not climbing over others but being lifted by Him as you serve His creation.

On this verse

By degrees — the elevation is gradual, and each degree is earned through faith and knowledge.

Du'a

رَبِّ أَنزِلْنِي مُنزَلًا مُّبَارَكًا

And say: My Lord! Cause me to land at a blessed landing-place, for Thou art Best of all who bring to land

Surah Al-Muʾminūn (23:29)

Nūḥ's prayer — asking not for the highest place but for the blessed one.

Hadith

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'None of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.'

Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 13, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 45
