Day 339

Firm Until the End

25 Jumada al-Thani 1448

الْمَتِينُ

Al-MatīnThe Firm

لَئِن شَكَرْتُمْ لَأَزِيدَنَّكُمْ ۖ

And when your Lord proclaimed: If ye give thanks, I will give you more; but if ye are thankless, lo! My punishment is dire

Surah Ibrāhīm (14:7)

Intention

Today, I will be firm — in gratitude, in worship, in character — as Al-Matīn is firm in everything.

Reflection

Al-Matīn integrated: firmness until the end. The test of any journey is the last mile. Stay firm in your worship, your character, your du'a practice — not because the year is ending, but because Al-Matīn's firmness is eternal, and yours should reflect it.

On this verse

The promise of increase for gratitude — still active, still true, in the last days as in the first.

Du'a

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ

All praise is due to Allah in every condition.

Sunan Ibn Mājah 3803

In every condition — including the condition of approaching completion.

Hadith

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'The most beloved deeds to Allah are those done consistently, even if they are small.'

Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6462
