Anxiety & Worry
القلق والهم
Anxiety is part of the human experience. Even prophets felt it. Musa was anxious before speaking to Pharaoh. The Prophet (peace be upon him) felt distressed when revelation paused. Here's what Allah tells us about finding peace.
“Who have believed and whose hearts have rest in the remembrance of Allah. Verily in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest!”
Surah 13:28- 1
“But lo! with hardship goeth ease, Lo! with hardship goeth ease;”
Surah 94:5-6Twice. He says it twice. Ease isn't waiting around the corner — it's HERE. Inside this hard moment. Your job isn't to survive until ease comes. It's to find the ease that's already present.

“Then, when they have reached their term, take them back in kindness or part from them in kindness, and call to witness two just men among you, and keep your testimony upright for Allah. Whoso believeth in Allah and the Last Day is exhorted to act thus. And whosoever keepeth his duty to Allah, Allah will appoint a way out for him, And will provide for him from (a quarter) whence he hath no expectation. And whosoever putteth his trust in Allah, He will suffice him. Lo! Allah bringeth His command to pass. Allah hath set a measure for all things.”
Surah 65:2-3You're worried about how. That's not your department. Your job is taqwa — doing right by Allah. The logistics? He handles those. Always has.

“Those unto whom men said: Lo! the people have gathered against you, therefor fear them. (The threat of danger) but increased the faith of them and they cried: Allah is Sufficient for us! Most Excellent is He in Whom we trust!”
Surah 3:173Ibrahim was literally in a fire. The Companions were surrounded by an army. And this dua? It worked. The fire became cool. The enemy retreated. Say it like you mean it.

“Allah tasketh not a soul beyond its scope. For it (is only) that which it hath earned, and against it (only) that which it hath deserved. Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget, or miss the mark! Our Lord! Lay not on us such a burden as thou didst lay on those before us! Our Lord! Impose not on us that which we have not the strength to bear! Pardon us, absolve us and have mercy on us, Thou, our Protector, and give us victory over the disbelieving folk.”
Surah 2:286If this reached you, you can handle it. That's not motivational fluff — it's theology. Allah doesn't burden beyond capacity. If it's yours to carry, you have what it takes.

“Say: Naught befalleth us save that which Allah hath decreed for us. He is our Protecting Friend. In Allah let believers put their trust!”
Surah 9:51This anxiety you feel? It was written. Which means it has purpose. It's not random chaos — it's part of a plan made by Someone who loves you.
Khabbab was being tortured. Burned. Scarred. He asked the Prophet (peace be upon him): 'When will help come?' The answer: 'People before you were sawed in half and didn't abandon faith. Be patient. This will be completed.' It was. It always is.
