الْحَمِيدُ

Al-Ḥamīd — The Praiseworthy

الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds

Surah Al-Fātiḥah (1:2)

ارادہ

Today, I will say one specific, detailed praise of Allah — not just 'alhamdulillah' but 'alhamdulillah for...' with precision.

تدبر

Al-Ḥamīd is The Praiseworthy — the One who is worthy of praise whether or not anyone praises Him. His praiseworthiness is not conditional on your recognition. The sun does not need your acknowledgement to shine. But here is the gift within gratitude: when you praise Al-Ḥamīd, you are not adding to His glory — you are expanding your own heart. Ḥamd changes the one who gives it more than the One who receives it.

آیت پر تدبر

The very first substantive statement in the Quran after Bismillah. Before any command, before any story, before any law — praise. The Quran opens with gratitude because everything else flows from it.

دعا

A man said this after rising from rukūʿ. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'I saw more than thirty angels racing to see which of them would record it first.' Even the angels compete to document your gratitude.

حدیث

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Allah is pleased with the servant who eats a morsel and praises Him for it, or drinks a sip and praises Him for it.'
