Nothing Too Big

الْكَبِيرُ

Al-Kabīr — The Most Great

ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْحَقُّ وَأَنَّ مَا يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ هُوَ الْبَاطِلُ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْكَبِيرُ

That is because Allah, He is the True, and that whereon they call instead of Him, it is the false, and because Allah, He is the High, the Great

Surah Al-Ḥajj (22:62)

Intention

Today, I will face one fear with the certainty that Al-Kabīr is greater than it.

Reflection

Al-Kabīr integrated: there is nothing in your life that is too big for Al-Kabīr. After 324 days of walking with His Names, you know this in your bones. The illness is not too big. The debt is not too big. The loss is not too big. The fear is not too big. Al-Kabīr is greater than all of it. Always was. Always will be.

On this verse

Al-ʿAliyy Al-Kabīr — High and Great. Next to Him, everything else is bāṭil.

Du'a

Greater than whatever is on your mind when you say it.

Hadith

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Know that if the entire nation gathered to benefit you, they could not benefit you except with what Allah has already written for you.'
